Account Settings - Message Usage

Find out how many SMS messages and emails you have sent for the current invoice period.

To view the current SMS and email usage we need to visit the Message Usage option to get a breakdown of all messages sent / used.

To view these statistics, log into the Patch portal go into the Account Settings and select the 'Message Usage' option.

  • Message Usage

The Billing Cycle shows when the billing date is set and when the allotment will be refreshed.(Note: Not every account has an 'allotment')

All Gateways will be listed along with their allotment and usage under SMS Usage and Email Usage.

For this example:

  • The Billing Cycle (current stats) is from June 1, to July 1
    Any messages sent over the allotment get counted up at the end of the month and added on to the next invoice.

    0 allotted

  • Long Code: 844-XXX-XXXX:
    10,997 sent
    15,000 allotted

  • Email - mailgro.com:
    8,862 sent
    40,000 allotted
