Adding a Chance Page to Your Kiosk Flow

Accessing the Chance Page

To begin, navigate to your kiosk flow editor. Look for the purple plus button – this is your gateway to adding a new page. After clicking the purple plus button, a menu will appear with various page options. Choose "Chance" to create a page specifically designed for adding a game into the kiosk flow.

Once you've added the Chance Page, it's time to configure its settings.

Design Tab

Background Images: Choose or upload background images to enhance the aesthetics of your page.

Top Content (HTML, CSS, Javascript): Customize the top section of your page using HTML, CSS, or Javascript to meet your specific requirements.

Game Type:

Spin Wheel

Default Win Phrase: This is the message that users will see when they win a prize on the Spin Wheel. Click on the "Default Win Phrase" field to edit it. Make it exciting and relevant to your brand or event.

Font Size: Adjust the font size to ensure that the text is easily readable, especially on a touchscreen kiosk.

Text Alignment: Choose the text alignment that best suits your design.

Text Orientation: Customize the text orientation, whether it's horizontal, vertical, or curved. Choose an orientation that complements your overall design.

Text Color: Select an appealing text color that matches your branding. Ensure good contrast between text and background for readability.

Text Outline Color: You can add an outline to the text for better visibility. Pick a color that complements your text color.

Pointer Color: Customize the color of the pointer or arrow on the wheel. Make it visually striking to guide users effectively.

Center Image: Upload an image that will appear at the center of the Spin Wheel. This could be your logo or a fun graphic related to your game.

Custom Wheel Image: Customize the appearance of the Spin Wheel itself by uploading a custom image. Ensure it's relevant to your game and brand.

Background Audio: Add background audio to create a more immersive experience. Choose music or sounds that match the theme of your game.

Last Spin Time Field: This is a timestamp field that is set when the wheel is spun. You can set this to Create Time, Expire Time, or Redeemed Time.

Allow the next spin after X seconds: Define a time delay before users can spin the wheel again. This prevents spamming and ensures fairness.

Prizes: Add different rewards that users can spin to receive. Fully customize these by changing colors, adjusting the probability of winning the prize, and more. You can also edit, delete, or rearrange prizes as needed.

Bottom Content (HTML, CSS, Javascript): Similar to the top content, you can customize the bottom section of your Fields page with HTML, CSS, or Javascript.

Page Tab

Page Name: Give your Chance page a descriptive name.

Deactivate this page within the flow: Temporarily disable the page if necessary.

Show this page while the previous page is communicating with the Patch servers: Choose whether to display the page while data is being processed.

Auto Force Transition Time: Set a time delay for automatic transitions (not set by default).

Back Button Label: Customize the label on the back button.

Next Button Label: Customize the label on the next button.

Hide top menu bar, back button, or next button: Opt to hide these elements if they're not needed.

Page Filter Settings: Add filters to the page to control what data is accepted or rejected.

Advanced Tab

Sync Settings: Decide whether the page should sync with the server when completed.

Automatically Set Field Values: Apply filters to the contact information.

Security Codes: Require a security code to proceed to the next page; you can add new codes if necessary.

Flow Settings

Back/Next Button Colors: Customize the background and text colors for the back and next buttons.

Idle Timeout: Set how the kiosk behaves when left idle (e.g., Do Nothing or other options like syncing if check-in started and resetting the flow without saving data).

Flow Security Codes: Apply security codes to the entire kiosk flow, ensuring data security throughout the process.
