How Do I Send a Waiver to a Contact?

To send a waiver to a specific contact in Patch Retention, follow these steps:

Log in to Patch: Log in to Patch at app.patchretention.com

Navigate to Contacts: From the Home page, locate the ‘Contacts’ module using the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

Find Your Contact: Use the search function at the top of the 'Contacts' page to locate the specific customer you wish to send the waiver to. Searching by Phone Number or Email will return the best results.

Open Contact Profile: Click on the person icon adjacent to the desired contact's details. Verify that the contact has a valid email address listed in their profile. If not, add an email address by clicking on the 'Edit' button.

Access Waivers: Within the contact's profile, locate and click on the ‘Waivers’ tab to view all associated documents.

Signed Waivers: Identify the correct waiver document you intend to send. You can preview the waiver by clicking on the PDF icon to ensure it's the correct document. Once ready click the email icon to send a copy of the waiver to the contact.

Deleted Waivers: If a waiver has been deleted it will show under this section. The data collected in the waiver still exists on the Contact’s profile but the waiver is not recoverable.

By following these steps, you can efficiently send a waiver directly to an individual contact's email, streamlining the process and ensuring your contacts have easy access to necessary waivers through Patch Retention.
