How to add a SmartOffer to your Kiosk Flow

Enhancing your customer’s kiosk experience with redeemable SmartOffers is a breeze with Patch. Follow these steps to integrate new offers into your Kiosk Flow seamlessly.

Steps to Create a SmartOffer Page:

  1. Log In:

    Access your Patch account through the portal.

  2. Navigate to Kiosks:

    Select the ‘Kiosks’ module and choose the Kiosk Flow you wish to update.How to add SmartOffer to Kiosk1.png

  3. Open Kiosk Editor:

    Scroll to the ‘Offers Page’ within the editor.

  4. Add SmartOffers:

    Click on ‘Add New SmartOffer’ in the ‘Page Settings Tab’ under ‘SmartOffers’. (For details on creating a SmartOffer, click here.)How to add SmartOffer to Kiosk2.png

  5. Select Offers:

  6. Edit Images:

    Modify the ‘Default Offer Image(s)’ if necessary.

  7. Add Loyalty Punchcard:

    If using ‘Loyalty Offers’ or other custom punchcards, add a new punchcard by clicking ‘+ ADD NEW PUNCHCARD’.How to add SmartOffer to Kiosk5.png

Allow Points to be Edited Directly from the SmartOffers Page:

This feature enables Kiosk operators to directly add points to a customer's punchcard at the Kiosk during the check-in process.

Enable Point Editing:

Check “Allow this page to edit points”.

Security Code Requirement:

Decide when a security code is needed for point edits:

    • Never: No code needed (not recommended).
    • When Points Modified: Code required when added points are changed.
    • Always: Code needed for any point edits.

Setting Up Security Codes:

  1. Access Advanced Settings

    In ‘Page Settings’, go to the ‘Advanced’ tab.

  2. Add Security Code

    Click ‘+ ADD NEW CODE’ under ‘Security Codes’.

  3. Input Security Code


    Enter your security code and an optional note.

  4. Save Changes

    Click ‘SAVE’ to apply changes.

Finalizing Your Kiosk Flow:
