How to Adjust a Contact Profile from the Kiosk device

If needed, you can edit a contact profile directly from the kiosk device!

In order to edit a person’s profile, check in with their phone number.

Once the customer's phone number has been entered into the kiosk device, there will be a top menu bar option in the upper right with three horizontal bars next to the name.

Click the three-line icon (hamburger menu) in the top right-hand corner of the device.

After selecting the top menu bar button, it will provide two options:

  • Notification Preferences
  • Your Account

This will bring up options for opting in/out of SMS and Email messages!
You can update the preferences here!

Selecting the other option ‘Your Account’ will open a different window.

Opening this option will allow you to adjust:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address

After any updates (if any) have been made, be sure to select ‘Save & Close’ to update the profile.
