How to Install the Pixel

Installing the Pixel is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps.   Here's how:

1. Log in to your Patch Retention account and navigate to your Account Settings.
2. Click on Shopify Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Pixel section and click on the "ENABLE IN SHOPIFY" button.
4. You will be directed to your Shopify Theme Code.
5. In the top left-hand corner click the toggle to 'on' and then click the SAVE button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
6. You will then need to click back to the tab where your Patch account is located.
7. Return to the Shopify Settings page and click 'CHECK FOR PIXEL'.
8. IF successful you will see a green checkmark.
