How to reset my password

Need help accessing your account? Forgot your login credentials? Follow these steps!

In this article:

1. Go to the portal and initiate process
2. Enter email address being used
3. Use temporary password
4. Enter permanent password

Visit the portal and click on the 'Forgot Password' button!

• Click on the link to go to the Patch Retention portal:
  https://app.patchretention.com/
• And then click on the:
  'Forgot Password' button.

• Enter the email address being used.

• When the password reset link has been emailed, this notification will appear.

• The email will contain a Temporary Password.
  Use this 6-digit temporary password to log in with.

• Once you have entered the email address and temporary password, it will ask you to update your permanent password.

Once you Save your new password it will log you into the portal!
