Kiosk Web App Installation - Simplified Steps

Follow the steps below to install the Kiosk Web App on your device.

Please note all steps must be done on the device and not from your computer.

  1. Opening the Safari browser on the iPad device and then navigate to the following URL: kiosk.patchretention.com
  2. Click the “Share” icon (the square with the little up arrow) to the right of the URL.
  3. Scroll down and select “Add to Home Screen
  4. A preview displaying the ‘app icon’ named “Patch Kiosk” will display, confirm this by selecting “Add
  5. Exit outof the browser and go to the Home Screen of your iPad, and you will see the new icon named “Patch Kiosk
  6. Click the icon to open the new Patch Kiosk Web App
  7. Log in with your Patch Retention/CityGro login credentials
  8. You will then be directed to the Devices page, from here you will be prompted to create a new record for this device
  9. Click the "Create a new record for this device' button and then enter a name that you will remember for this device
  10. Proceed to select the desired kiosk flow
  11. The final step is to DELETE the pre-existing CityGro Kiosk App from your device.
